    sounds about right, there is no server safe, not sure they had it coming but that is just one of the biggest issues with becoming so successful i guess.. name a big site that has not been compromised and i could probably name you 10 that have

    I can't really think of any big sites that haven't been compromised... Probably MS??

    It's only a server overload. It's not a hacked site. It wasn't hacked atall. What they do is direct lots of PC's to all point to the website in question then it overloads the servers making the site crash due to not coping with the amount of fake members trying to view the site. It can be done with ANY website as long as you know what your doing you can make it crash by pointing to many users to that website. Then the server overloads and hey presto. Site down!!

    It's also known in the trade as 'Bottle Necking'

    They have ALL been Bottle Necked in the past and also Hacked.
