Thread: Who are WebProCafe?

I just received an email from this place.. it looks familar to webforumz (which i havent visited since one of their admins sent out an email about the people who took it over)...

So who are WebProCafe?

We are the ex staff of wf.. but have nothing to do with wf

we decided to make our own place, full of experienced staff so everyone can have a better experience of a design & development forum.

hello and welcome to the forum, glad you could join us.

As with any community starting out a little "advertising" is needed to get the word out, but we are very happy that you decided to join us rather than just bin the email.

I will respond to the who are we in a bit, but wanted to quickly post this up to welcome you.

(i am motlive, as it was a new forum I realised after i registered that I would actually stand a chance at getting my name "Tom" so checked and it was available )

Thats cool, webforumz got a little crap and mainstream for my liking, glad you guys stayed together and formed a new site.

Looking forward to being a part of it.

So who are we?

We are bunch of like minded designers and developers who needed a new challenge. We wanted to build something from the ground up, see it thrive and, hopefully, become somewhere that people enjoy going to when they have a spare ten or twenty minutes in their hectic lives.

We are looking to build a community who are all passionate and all enjoy website design or development, or a combination of both. Whether that be as someone starting out, or someone who has been online longer that Berners-Lee

We want this to be a place that is constantly learning and growing from the new members that join us, the new technologies that are developed and the new techniques that are discovered in and around the interweb.
