    And you think everyone has the money to upgrade their PC every 3 years?

    Windows XP was released in 2001. 9 years is old... Microsoft have to the pull the plug some time. Its not like XP are short on browser options. IE8, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera etc..

    I have stopped using IE9. Its got a little annoying. The 64 bit edition is slow to load when it is first run and I think it still has a number of bugs leading to tabs crashing and pages not loading properly.

    IE9 stops the 'Open File Location' function in explorers contextual menu and chrome. Microsoft's advice? Uninstall IE9 :D

    Gotta love that one.

    Thanks to Jason, I've been reminded about this thread

    I've been running ie9, ff4 & chrome 10 on my main pc for a couple of weeks now; Chrome 10 fails to render some pages (pure white but full source).

    FF4 and IE9 are (so far) my favourites. I used to be a Chrome fan. In fact, I've enjoyed ie9 so much, I look for it in my modernzr conditionals:
    HTML Code:
    <!--[if gte IE 9|!(IE)]><!--> <html lang="en" class="no-js IEgt8"> <!--<![endif]-->
    That slaps IEgt8 on anything over IE8 or not IE (yes, IE9 does pick this up). Could probably work on the class name for semantics, but that's another discussion.
