i found this on a recent stumble and have managed to fall hopelessly in love with it, it is only a simple program which allows yout to set reminders for breaks to save your eyes and stretch your legs, especially great for late night sessions!!! i love it because it gives you an excuse to stop rather than replying on the ill just finish this and then ill take a break....and lo and behold you look up and already.....it is six hours later lol

its something that I really should take note of, but I don't, unfortunately I can spend up to 10 to15 hours on the pc and think nothing of it, but that's only because I am working, due to that I don't have time to take a break, even for 5 minutes.. if I used that, it would only annoy me, but it looks useful for general users.. nice find
