I decided to use a purchased WP theme until I get around to finish designing mine.

The theme came with a help page that explains how to configure everything. I am trying to setup the contact page, but the directions on the help page are confusing me a bit.

Can anyone take a look at this page and tell if it confuses you as well or if I am just having a blond moment and its going over my head lol.

Ah, machine translation maybe ;)

Step 1 seems fine.

Step 2 -

open contact.js (might be located here http://yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/smallfolio/js/contact/contact.js)
On line 8, paste the url to contact.php (for example http://yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/smallfolio/js/contact/contact.php)
save and upload

Step 3-

open contact.php (same file as above) and on line 3 enter your email where marked, save and upload.

ok so I can edit the first file in my file manager, but it doesn't have numbered lines...so wanna recommend a good code editor...lol...I feel really lame asking that lol

Code editor I use: Notepad++ | 5.7 but unless you've lost more than two fingers you should be able to count up to 8 ;)

If you're still having issues tomorrow I can have a look if you like - would offer now but I'm off to bed.

I fixed it!

the path to the file in the contact.js was wrong....thank you for helping and no I have all my finger and ended up counting LOL

Also it you use notepad you can select edit > go to and enter in the line number (need to disable word wrap if its greyed out)

I can't recommend e text editor enough for code editing on Windows.
