ok, easy solution go to your vbulletin admin cp, click styles & templates, then style manager pick the template that you use and in the drop down next to it click download once you have it, click on Download / upload styles which again is under styles & templates find EITHER upload the XML file from your computer and click browse, next to it upload the file you just downloaded, you want it on create new style Ignore Style Version = no Title for Uploaded Style, give it a title, make the title different from all the other styles you have installed then click import now you can go back to style manager and click on the name of the one you just created and you will be at your new style with its options in the admin cp, to go back to the template you use mainly just click on its name you can edit the new template as much as you want, it wont affect the origonal unless you mess with the plugins or your site settings.... *important* my suggestion is that you MAKE SURE you are editing the right template *important*, otherwise you might find your site messed up when you return to that template this will save you allot of messing about trying to install vbulletin again ps, this forum has 3 owners... myself, welshstew and frinkky

thats easy to solve too, in vbulletins options, it has the option to switch on a style switcher, so they can see it if you want them to, it would appear as a drop down box and all they have to do is choose or you can just set up their permissions to allow them to see it

Myself, Glynn (Saltedm8) & Jon (Frinkky) used to be the lead admins at another webdesign forum, but due to a corporate buyout we no longer felt we could contribute effectively. So looking for a new challenge we started our own little community, we hope you like it .You can read more about us and the staff here by clicking on "About us" in the top navigation, or by using this link: http://webprocafe.com/news-and-annou...ho-are-we.html (Who are we?) [edit]sorry for the repeat, I must have missed Glynn's response above [/edit]

Well, of all the forums i've been a member of this one looks the nicest. Its easy on the eyes and you feel a sense of relaxation from within the forum pages. The font is nice the colours are nice the overall look is perfect!! I used to be a photographer and have a keen eye for certain things. This is definately the best looking site around and the colours flow together. No i'm not creeping i'm just saying it looks good. rofl ;) Iv'e just read your "Who are we?" section and its great. Also thats great that when CloudedVision was 8 he was learning html. Now hes 15 and still learning. Good stuff!! Keep it up and one day when your as "old" as these guys you'll be running rings round them in web design. Hopefully have a HUGE bank account to...Lol
