Hello, Can someone make a tutorial on how to change the background in VBulletin? What i want to do is add a pattern to the background of a VBulletin board i'm practicing on. However i'm not sure how to do this. If anyone could explain to me what i need to do that would be great. Thank you!!

ok, that's easy enough, you need to go to Styles and Templates in the admincp, then go to styles manager, find your templates name and on the option all style options. click go once there find 'Body' ( its near the top under 'HTML Doctype' ); to change the colour you change 'Background' to include an image do this in the box beside it. background-image:url( images/background.jpg); for example or if you are adjusting a template that is within a folder background-image:url(images/templatename/innerfolder/background.png); but you need to make sure the root is right ( where you placed the new image ).

Once its in the images folder where do i get its path from? Like images/background.jpeg or whatever its called. Then that path is what i would put into the template manager correct?

![]() | If you have uploaded it to the images folder at /images/yourimage.gif then you just edit what glynn has said above to the correct path.
