Hey guys. I figured I would post this to get a quick review. But I also need a little help as it is not yet complete. I think my biggest concern right now is with image optimization. The site loads a little bit slower than I would like. What do you guys to optimize your .png and .jpg images? I did a little bit with a program called ImageOptim but it did not really do much.

All of the pages are not complete yet either. The portfolio page is going to focus on before and after images and the right side will have testimonials. The contact page will have a little more information on the owners and then the form below that and possibly testimonials on the right side there too. And the specialties section will give a brief description of each field -- possibly via hover-overs.

Anyway, let me know what you guys think. Remember, this is just for a local painting business. And please, if you have any ideas for making it better, I am all ears. Thanks guys!

Quickly, I will say that as images is/are your main offering then go for quality. 24 bit png's in my opinion - otherwise its like Shakespeare offering second hand limmericks as placeholders for literary classics!!!

I'll add more over the weekend.

Personally I would replace the header with text instead of images there, if the company is for painting and paper hanging it would be much better to make the image up there text and perhaps <h1> and perhaps have "
Located in Pottstown, PA" as <h2>

I would also be tempted to make the logo text, perhaps as h1 instead of what I suggested above. All in all I like it. Perhaps use smu-sh*t.com (remove the dash and the asterisk should be an I lol I think it is and see if that can optimise the images some more :)
