I like the header, but I don't think the brown looks very nice. It would be really fun to have different things in the "ground" background too. Rabbit hole, worms, dinosaur etc.

It's interesting that the website expands according to the screen resolution.
Not sure how practical that is? Or, how aesthetically pleasing it is to the eye.

It is good, but I have 2 immediate impressions:

1. Your navigation bar (#menu) needs to be differentiated. It has the same brown background as the rest and does not stand out at all.

2. You background colors look a little flat. Maybe lighten the blue of the sky, and have the clouds running across the whole screen? Changing the background would be the number one thing that would improve this site I feel.

I agree withe the above, the brown doesn't work very well, or at least is a bit plain. Also the text "Animal Park" on the sign doesn't seem to me to fit very well.

Yeah trying to make an "Earth" background is hard... But it looks nice if you do pull it off.
I'd look about at some other websites that do it; you need a really nice texture for it.

Here are 2 sites I found for example (check the footers). But I'm sure you can find some better examples if you look around a bit. Look on "Inspiration" pages; you'll get too many results to search through :)
