what about cufton ?.. have you tried that ?

The only thing to be aware of is copyrighted fonts. A lot of fonts, both premium and free do not permit distribution via the internet. Obviously these cannot be hosted online.

Companies provide this as a service though. One such example is typekit. Typekit

So 0.001% of your users will get a fallback font.
