10 Feb 2009 @ 16.16 Followed a tut over at tutorial9 and got this:
The background image is this:
Using it in a bit of my design now, not the light streaks, but the way to create the background using gaussian blur and then apply a colour balance to the top, works out really well and gives the images a little more depth.
Only problem now is that LCD monitors cant handle the gradient colours .. bring back CRT I say
