That's an issue that is solved if I find one that I can work well with but I am not sure about how easy that is.:)

There are a lot of very skilled web designers around offering a broad range of prices for their services.

If you are looking for the best price you should go to outsourcing websites, of course, cheapest is by no means the best. Perhaps the best place to search is your local area. Pick up your phone directory and start looking into who is working around you. Projects need great communication to succeed. Local people often provide the best communication.
