greetings to all, my name is terry and i am a total beginner to web site design. I have always wanted to own a site to web-cam chat but i have no knowledge of getting that done. can anyone here help me with the direction to get this accomplished?

Yes, we are here to help lol, the first thing you need to do is to learn html and css.. start with html... W3Schools Online Web Tutorials . this will give the the basics of starting to code your own site, it wont happen overnight, but keep it up and soon you will be able to make quite a nice site.
