I am currently trying to recreate the simple photo manager in the JQuery UI demos to be sortable as well as draggable/droppable. Here are my efforts so far:

Connected sortable

Two things that are really bugging me are:

1. when you drop from the gallery to the trash it behaves fine, but when you drop from the trash back into the gallery, the fx chain does not execute as specified.

2. Also, notice that when you try and drop onto the extreme edges of the gallery, you can sometimes displace the picture so that it does not wrap itself in a ul as instructed and again the fx chain isn't completed?

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? All I want to do is the reverse of dragging it to the trash, fade it in and expand it.
