Default Email problems
My hosting account at ICDsoft is expiring. I am transfering it to a new host. I need to get the email transfered, so I downloaded the backup from ICDsoft. Its a tar.gz archive, but theres a folder in there call vpopmail, so I'm assuming thats the type of backup. How do I import this into my cPanel hosting?

bit of a guess but i think file manager> mail > account folder then upload and extract
