Default Predefined Support Ticket Response

I have been looking online for predefined ticket responces for my new hosting. I have a WHMCS management system. However, I need to find what type of predefined ticket replies sales/billing/tech give there clients. I have the catagories but no replies. If anyone has any links or ideas I would be truely grateful.

You know when you submit a ticket to hosting for presales/sales/billing/tech...? When they reply to your message/ticket they just copy/paste already predefined ticket responces into the ticket area. Saves them typing it all out again everytime someone submits a ticket.

You have to just think of the message you want to send out

[example]
Quote:
Thank you for your enquiry regarding [*** add your bit here ***]. A member of our Customer Support team will review your ticket and will get back to you within 24 hours.

Your Enquiry Case number is [*** ticket number here ***]- please make a note of this.

Thanks david. I just didn't know if there where any that had been put up on the net that I couldn't find. Being lazy...;)

Hopefully I will find some because I don't really want to be typing out loads of predefined replies if I have to...:P

I see no reason why you cannot populate it as you go.

In my experience when I contact support I usually get 2 messages.

'Please wait while I check your server'

'OK, please reload the page again.'

I will probably go with that system. Type them out as I go and if there good keep them in the WHMCS for the support system.

I'm not completely sure I've never used the WHMCS system before. I have typed up some simple replies that will do for now. As time goes on I will collect replies from tickets I submit to WHMCS regarding the software. I can just mod it for my ticket system...
